I found some information that the entities like Sustugriel, Samigina and so on that they can teach you or help you with teaching magic. I’m curious if there is a celestial spirit (Angel, Archangel and so on) that can do that teachings as well?

I had a few successes with Metatron, based on “Magical riches” by Damon Brand. I think I try Him and also Archangel Raziel as well.
