For those who have Taken EAs Mastering Soul Travel course:
Have any of you Soul Traveled to the causal plane? If so, how did you manipulate it? How did you learn to shift your casual body into different forms?
Can you use a example?
Im having a little bit of trouble getting the concept of it.

Hello,
I haven’t taken that course, but I am familiar with the causal plane for 25 years.
In my understanding, the causal plane is the first plane of our reality and it holds everything that we are, past, present, future and all possibilities we have. Since it doesn’t have space/time concept it’s almost impossible to understand it or use it in a logical sense. We can contact our causal plane if we employ much of our energy, but it’s up to a magician would he/she take something from that experience or not.
It’s a wast field for self-improvement and working with those energies can give you much more choices, open new possibilities and give you a great sense of direction and purpose in life.

My advice would be to project to the causal plane and look around

I have traveled to many planes i tried the causal plane once it wasnt so crowded but it gives you a deep understanding of what energy is put where
