Everytime I try to I get pulled back by fear. I don’t know how to get past it. Has anyone else ever experienced this

Meditate daily as long as you can. You’re gonna have to start relying on yourself eventually, instead of other people. Don’t worry about results, just meditate as long as you can, focusing on your breathing, staring at the corner where the wall meets the ceiling. Don’t think about TGS, just practice calming yourself and sitting there just breathing. Every single day. It’ll just happen when you stop trying.
