I don’t see any reason someone couldn’t essentially do a letter of intent, or evoke a being that can grant ubis’ for another person.
I do think it’s not exactly like a lot of people think however, and it’s usually meant to be a long term thing and not just a simple I’m horny today solution however, so it would be best done after long discussions and ensuring they knew what they were getting into. Particularly since if they have no open senses, they might not even be able to tell it showed up today.

Oh it might work, but they won’t notice it or might only notice the negative aspects etc. I mean a lot of people end up with parasites and shit well before they believe they exist.
