can a wise / advanced occultist of RHP dance and sing and make friendships with girls ( brotherly friendships ) ,can attract sexual to other gender and make some fun without do the bad itself ( sex ) …or he should still sharp and disciplined?

I don’t see why not, smiling is healthy… really, relaxes the vagus nerve and stimulates the immune system. 
It really depends on your philosophy, not mine. Are there any rules in your religion that say you can’t enjoy being human?
Id say its individual/personal.
I, for one, have been fed up with women and my equipment is on the fritz.
