It’s is said that those that will work with spirits in the future the spirit been whith the magician all his life . Maybe Lord Lucifer is already with you.
I my self I am in a similar situation as you where is hard to meditate but I make it work with head phones and music.
When I feel like saying something to Lord Lucifer I just say it in my mind or out loud when I am alone.
I thank Lord Lucifer for everything even even the comfort I feel sometimes when I think about him.
