I was wondering, is it possible to go to my astral temple, then open my eyes in the real world but still have part of me in the temple? I ask because I can’t do many rituals in my room because mum may get suspicious, and was wondering if I could still be in my astral temple, but be able to read the ritual instructions on my phone at the same time.

Yes. If you have a stronger spirit you trust, they can ‘pull you’ out into the astral temple.
