For confidence with the opposite sex, Belial is your guy.
Other options are Lucifer, King Paimon, and Samael.

Any spirit can be harsh, but yes, Belial can be a bit…gruff.
do i need to do blood offering for each things i ask to these spirits?
i do blood offering ritual with powerful intention work really find, but how its work in general
I don’t use blood at all, and have no problems, but it’s really up to you. As a beginner, I’d advise you to be very careful about the spirits you offer blood to. It forms a strong energetic connection that you might not be ready for.
