Does anyone know how to do blue ray meditation without using candle?
Is there anything I can use to replace the candle???

The candle is necessary. It’s what you draw the energy from and you can’t really do the exercise without it. However, you could try using a gif image of a candle, if you can’t use a real one, or even a visualized candle:
