I need help from what I understand. I would like it if someone could help me unblock my energy blockages. Ever sense I was 10 I had less energy and I can’t get it out of my body. It hurts to do anything energy wise. Before I was ten I could do telekinesis and other stuff and had a lot of energy. Thank you for listening.

What energy cultivation or other meditative practices to you perform?
I practice visualization meditation. I also try telekinesis but I can barely move a pencil slowly. Like super slowly. As I am a therian, I have been having trouble mental shifting.
Also anything else like astral projection hurts.
