Hey. I’m extremely new here and I was wondering if anyone knows any good binding rituals with a spirit. Like one where you let them be apart of you.

If you’re new, then I wouldn’t recommend you do this until you’ve had some experience. Get to know some spirits first, at least.

Frequent and repeated invocation. Afterwards just have their energy stay there if they choose. Possession is also an option, but make sure it’s mutually wanted.
