I’ve started seriously meditating just a couple years ago,
Sometimes listening to binaural beats (like the umpteen found on YouTube) bring me into a VERY deep state, but sometimes (with the assistance of marijuana) those same tones/frequency/ disrupt my focus.
Do you/ have you used any form of synthetic tones/ frequencies to get into deeper states?
Are these tools ever helpful? Or do you reccomend learning to reach the theta/gamma sync without any auditory assistance?
