Curse jar with Lucifer, coffin nails, goofer dust, black arts powder, for a friend . It is better since getting rid of the Jar. .

Yes, I thought that. I banished it immediately with a ritual. I am doing a weekend of cleansing and protections too. I am due to anyway really.
The other thing I get after using new spirits sometimes is a weird feeling of them reading me and sifting through me to find out what makes me tick. Everything is back to ‘normal’ today

It is more an aspect of yourself that is doubtful expressing itself to you. You can perceive it as a parasite, ancestral spirits or whatever but it ultimately is an expression of negativity within.
