I don’t recommend getting to hooked on them though, you will get more ‘earthy’ ‘natural’, ‘bigger’ experiences using Ohmmm, Theeeh, type of Zazen / Quabalistic mantras.
This lady also had a great technique I used when I was just getting started:

Couldn’t agree more! Have nothing against the new-age, ‘blessed be’ mother earth types…BUT
when searching for meditations for purely occult purposes, it’s easy to get bombarded with the ones that aren’t in alignment with the lefthand path.
Anything by Tupac, Watain, or Alien Vampires should help.

I personally have a roku streaming media player ( google it), and I added the Twonky app from which I can listen to many web channels including YouTube by beaming it from the Twonky app.
I am listening to EA say that he meditates 24 minutes each morning, programming himself with positive programming through meditation. I have been negligent in this, and I plan to start tomorrow and try it for 3 days. The play list should be helpful.
