Two nights ago I began to fall asleep after a frustrating day at work. During this time I accidentally Astral projected. Everything was in black and white and I was moving in slow motion. It was like walking through a relm with a constant strobe light. After walking I fell back into my body. Is this normal?

I projected recently and everything was in black and white. First time that ever happened. But all sounds good in your ap.
