So I astral projected last night since that Astral projection when I eat drink or move fast then my heart jumps a few beats what’s goin on, also I have increased energy levels!

the first part I would look into mundane reasons first, the 2nd one I find happens a few times if you’re just getting into projection, your energy body reacts to the new experience of those densities.

So my energy body reacts to new experiences of those densities. My energy body aligns with it makes sense what happens ounce I fully align with those energies.
It becomes a normal experience for you. It becomes use to the densities.
