How does the Astral effect the physical ? For e.g if I heighten my hearing on the astral how would that change me here in the physical ? Or if I learn telekinesis in the astral how would that change here in the physical ?

They are somewhat intertwined , as far as my knowledge goes your astral body stores your emotions , all layers of your body matter , if your Etheric body gets damaged and attack you will feel like shit and vice. Versa
