I have scoured the internet for true Luciferian reads and Bibles, and have seen so many different books and don’t know where to start, especially since theistic and atheistic Satanism is so often confused online. Does anyone know a good place to begin?

Not to sound trite, but it really depends on what you’re looking for. Some of the best sources for demonolatry and theurgy can be found by searching for Satan and Suns(Sons) organization, V.K Jehannum, Michael W. Ford, S. Connolly, and of course E.A. Koetting’s various works and this site.
If you are looking for insight, have you considered invoking Satan and speaking directly with him/her? This is the method that generally provides the best value IMHO.
