Is there a way to ascend by oneself? By this I mean no help from any demons, gods or other beings. If it is possible how does one go about starting? I tried searching the forum and couldn’t find any threads. Thanks.

Yeah, but id probably take a few lifetimes. Also why dont u want help from entities

I’m just curious to see if it was possible. I don’t remember reading anywhere where someone actually has achieved it.

Yes, you can achieve ascension without any spirits. It all depends on what path calls to you.
Taoists achieve immortality without spirits through meditation and energy work.
Buddhists achieve it through meditation.
Hindu sages achieve ascension through the chakras.
