I highly recommend using a kunzite crystal as a pendant over your thymus gland for anxiety and phobias.

Our path is one of becoming and calls for action on our part. Joining Toast Masters (or similar) can help. At Toast Masters you can get up before a group of people you don’t really know and make a complete arsehole of yourself. As a Magician you’ll learn that no bones get broken and vastly more importantly, that you can laugh at yourself. Atu 0.

Before you go out on the town make an oath from yourself to Yourself that you’ll find and talk to two strangers, even if it’s only about the weather. ‘I was always taught that you shouldn’t talk about other people’s goldfish or the weather, but hasn’t it been [describe weather]?’ When I’m at supermarket checkouts where all the high-gloss, trashy magazines are situated and a woman picks up a gaudy one I sometimes say (depending on whether I’m up for it), ‘Don’t believe anything you read in that. That story they printed about me about thirteen months ago…about me and that woman…and that other woman…at that place. I only found out because a friend alerted me. By then it was too late. They never contacted me…or the two women or the other women who were also there…Anyway, if you want to buy it it’s matter for you…’

I’m not saying don’t use what a lot of people narrowly construe as Magick, just that you’ll need to work Magick upon yourself. It’s a requirement of our path.

Lay down on carpet, rug or hard floor. No pillow. Sigh three times like you’ve just lost everything and everyone in the world, then relax your toes, feet, leg muscles, knees and your entire legs. By this time your feet have probably un-relaxed, so deeply sigh three times and start again at your feet. The aim is to get to your head with the whole body relaxed. A first sign is falling asleep during the exercise. Eventually you’ll be able to sigh (consciously or elsewise) and induce instant relaxation as a learnt reflex action - anywhere.
