What exactly are parallel lives does that include past lives?
Lives that are incarnations of your own higher self that are happening at the same time as this one.

A tree is often called a Dryad, which is a name from Greek lore meaning the spirit of a tree.
I have a notion that we could work with Nature incarnating as simpler things as part of our spiritual development and how we gradually gain experience incarnating.
I use the term “Leshy” as a short hand and placeholder - describe do not name - of an involved memory where I was an overarching guardian spirit for a forest. This forest covered what is now farmland and urban areas, in modern day Czech Republic, Austria and Bavaria, but more into the Slavic lands. I found the term Leshy by looking for what my experience matched, not the other way around.
if this memory was in, say, North America, or Western Europe, or Australia… I would look for a more relevant term the humans use for it in those areas.
A leshiye is a spirit of and in the land, so look for the land first. Your focus is not really about you, it’s a role you fulfill in service to the land, as I felt it anyway. The animals and trees and ecosystem of the forest is your main identification - not just any old forest, YOUR forest. There is only one of you, and nobody to pass the responsibility on to.
If you didn’t recall anything of a more responsible, care-taking or protective activity and attitude from the outset, and still today don’t have a strong protectiveness of animals, I’m not sure this is the direction to go in.
You keep finding names first, and that is just role playing. Get your memories first then try to describe and match what you thought of yourself back then with modern language.

Ok I first saw a campfire but after entering the visualized door I saw a forest then I needed to visualize my clothes but I didn’t have clothes because I felt like I was a tree than just blank
after that a meeting spirit guide meditation I entered a forest opening with a large tree in the middle and a being that looked like that Leshy statue came to me I asked if he was my past life he handed me a sticky note with yes that’s what I experienced
You were looking at it? If it’s a memory, your own memory, you might not know what you look like, because you’re looking out of your own eyes.
I have no idea what I looked like, and in any case it was an energy being.
Appearances are symbolic, and are for the benefit, or to influence, humans. It didn’t mean what you are.

It’s just a clairsentience thing. You know it or you didn’t.
Ask the question if the universe and see what comes back. You might find you’re synchronistically symbolism across materials and info about the same place over and over again, and that’s a hint
If you keep looking for memories you might recognize the style of human habitations, or the native plants.
Bear in mind though if it’s far back enough, there may be dessert there today where there was forest before, and then it will be hard to recognize.
These are not “shape shifters”. They don’t have physical bodies like that. They can appear to humans as they wish. They are Fae. They use glamor.
