Any advice with contacting and working with your higher self?

After a conversation with another forum member it made me realize how beneficial working with my HS could be.
It’s something I’ve never put much thought into and would appreciate some advice on how to approach this.

Well, id suggest reading reading 21st century mage. It gives a modernized version of the abremelin operation, but also different methods as to how to contact your higher self(HGA)

Just as a sidenote: id look into contacting your Future Realized Godself.

You could start with Donald Kraig’s 'Modern Magick’, the entire book is an operational, practical Kaballistic pathworking in the style of Golden Dawn, in which the primary goal is the K & C with the HGA, with a slice of Grey Magick on the side. That book has taken me for a ride in the short time I’ve been working it (under a year).

You could also do the abremelin operation, however you’d need to seclude yourself for a good 10-12 months, which, in option #1, is not necessary.

For me: I experienced Gnosis with mine working Rawn Clark’s 8 temple meditations, and pathworking Donald Kraig’s stuff (I plan on completing that course within another year, think of it as a 2 year program). The higher self in that course program is what is beyond Saturn’s limitation, which is…eternity, a non sequential reality that I am now connected to. Rawn’s 8 temple program; It will take you up to Binah if you wish.

Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not at the point yet where my higher self flies all up in my bedroom at night and reveals things to me…yet. However I am confident that I KNOW who I am, and what my path is, and I’m able to see the breadcrumbs laid before me more clearly than ever before.

I have Donald Kraigs Modern Majick.
It showed me things about simple rituals that I had no idea about.
I stopped working it at the elemental chapters.
Looks like I’ll have to crack that bitch open again.

My plan for now is to start off by entering into deep trance and just calling out to my HS.

I’ve done this before and received good gnosis.
The Abramelin operation is something I long to do but in today’s society it’s a difficult undertaking.Having a stupidass job and a child to take care of limits my possibilities for that
