Modern science is now understanding that our consciousness exists on multiple dimensional levels. You have to wonder how many, and if the vibration caused by light does in fact have anything to do with the existence of that consciousness.
As for planetary consciousness, why not? We don’t even really understand what consciousness is, so to say that consciousness has to be some version of our context of the word is folly.
