When i do meditation i will usually feel like im am within myself, like i hear my breathing but dont recognize that its my breathing like im no longer aware of my body just the physical self I inhabit… is this my astal self?

it sounds more like you are self scanning,rather, you are gaining deeper insight into your nature.

When I meditate, it’s normal for my head to feel like it’s swaying and my body to, from side to side…like micro-movements but I feel this alot.
