OK so I have been feeling energy vibrations around my ajna third eye chakra feels like a burst of light or a strong vibration so I have been using this as a way of spirit travel focusing on the third eye and seeing where it takes me… instead of the usual push yourself out of body technique…
I just did another one where I transformed myself into my totem spirit animal which is a crow and I was flying about the woods it was a large wooden area like out of a fantasy realm I perched on a tree and started cawwwing after that I flew away and ended waking up that was a fun experience being able to fly being off the ground and in mid air as an animal like a bird
