I would like to ask what skills are required for me to acess a persons or spirits memorys? I came up with the idea this morning i tried it on 2 people just like feeding(witch i suck) i got into light trance expanded my field connected my 3d eye to their focused on drawing a memory and pushed my consiusness on their self but i only got images and im not sure if i brought up those images or they were projected with sucess they seemed kinda acurate thu i have yet to ask guidance on this so im not sure this is the correct menthod.
Any tips or knowledge? Did i confuse you?

Try summoning a spirit and asking , it will take time and effort
It would be something on the astral , I know someone that can go through anyone’s files of their memory , it’s similar to a personal Akashic records
