How can I create an energy filter to drain from people in a “safe” way, leaving all the sickness and imbalance that the target may have in their energy systems to them, and not absorbing it to myself?
Well, you don’t necessarily have to process incoming energy at all…depends upon the nature of your own system. With that said, if you’re having problems with unpalatable forms of energy…it may be more prudent to home your skills so that you can feed more selectively, rather than take everything in.
You can also decide and visualize just the life force, (whether blue, white, gold, etc). Just visualize the color as clean and strong, and intend that it is only their life force you are draining.
