So I’ve started doing the black sun meditation for over a week now, in the beginning I had a minor things happen. but I’d say after the 2nd night nothing can I can firmly link to the exercises. I got the pdf of Yoga of power, and read over that short page talking about the"midnight sun"
I don’t know if I’m doing it wrong. I imagine the black sun rising in the west. moving to the noon position over head as best i can. a lot of times my mind wanders, but i bring it back. I can imagine the real run rising Fairly well.
I can say the only thing ido notice is a pressure in the fore head some nights but that’s it. I know not to over complicate this but nothing seems to have happened during this week…I’m stumble, but I’m continuing it.
