Yes it’s energy for them just lik water, wind, fire and earth (four elementals). Every energy is different so they like other things too.

No one is saying it’s not serious but I’m trying to tell you that you don’t need a pact for them to help you.
Besides like I said earlier- You’re new to this and you need to work on being able to hear and speak to spirits in order to have a successful pact.
Or you could just not listen to us and rush into a pact without knowing anything about the spirit, not be able to hear their replies and will ultimately be unsuccessful in every way, shape, and form.
@chi is right. I talked to Lucifer about a problem I work on and I said do I need a pact. The answer was NO…

Immerse yourself in everything you can find on here (and other places) about Lucifer, listen to his enn, draw his sigil and then when you’re ready- you can follow those steps.
Oh by the way as a beginner you made an excellent choice with Lucifer. He is very beginners friendly.
One thing to remember is that you need to learn to hear him. So please focus on your intend (that’s why I say write it down, your problem, question).
Because he mostly already helps even if you cannot hear him clearly. And of course he asks the work from you too.
For example ‘I lie on the couch the whole day, but I want some money’. Well do some work then we can work on proper results…

One thing I have noticed is that most people confuse these beings. Demons, angels, gods, etc are just a way we humans have evolved to call them. Some of these entities are the same with different names example Lucifer, Satan and Enki are the same just that they represented different attributes in different generations, some spirits have evolved to become higher forms of life… We also have Nephlims, aliens and extraterrestrial entities… All these beings have way greater power than humans and differentiating one from the other is quite difficult. Let’s evolve ourselves and more knowledge will be at our disposal. Study, invoke, meditate, and things will become clearer as you gain power

So in studying/evoking/meditating, you have come to the conclusion that Lucifer, Satan, and Enki are the same being? Or are you saying it’s like they share the same essence, but manifesting as different beings?
Are you saying that in your experience, a god = a demon = an angel?
Lucifer, Satan and Enki are the same. This is my belief. Angels, gods and demons are not the Same, I just mean that this entities have been titled differently through different generations now in our era, where spiritual knowledge is lacking we have named them demons, angels, etc
Ah thanks for the clarification. I agree with you on that part of titles and labels. I haven’t dealt with Satan nor Enki, but I do think other claims that one entity is the same as another can sometimes be not true in experience. For example, I haven’t contacted Astaroth of the Goetia yet, but I have made contact with Astarte the goddess and other Goetic spirits. To me, there’s a huge difference between the experience of an ancient god and a goetic spirit… I don’t think I’d ever say Astaroth is Astarte, yet some people do claim as such.
My fellow, when contacting a spirit, you manifest it with your mind, I mean the entity will manifest itself to you according to the perspective you have towards the entity… For example When I first contacted Satan/Lucifer I had a perception of him being of a bringer of light and wisdom, And that is what Lucifer represents and that’s how he came to me, he filled me with his light… But I also invoked Satan often and he has shown himself to me as the adversary and rebellious against falsehood and lies, he has even infected me to the extent of being such… Now Lucifer is showing me his other side, Enki The God of the old, The god that helped mankind advance in spiritual knowledge and become gods too. And his message is we are gods… So ashtaroth might be astre the goddess
