I found this little tip on Orlee Stewart’s youtube channel which I think is a good way to test a spirit and to ensure it isn’t a trickster that has been invoked/evoked.
When you want to ask questions to a spirit, from your main questions, create separate small sheets of paper and rephrase the questions that you want to ask and take the first letters of your rephrased question and produce a code. This would relate to your original format of your question. Present that coded question to the spirit you invoked/evoked and see if the answer you receive is relevant. I tried this and it worked.
