Pretty new to all this when it comes to practice and not theory. I wish to go about setting up some uber shields, but still allow the spirits I am closest to full access to me. I was thinking about writing their sigils, or enns into them. I’m not quite sure if this would be the best way to go about it. Any feedback would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

in my limited experience with this kind of stuff, all you need to do to allow certain spirits and energies in is to set the intent when you are placing/charging your defenses… inscribing their sigils and/or enns on your shields may be effective, but in my ( somewhat inexperienced) opinion, unnecessary, so long as you intend to allow them safe passage when creating the barrier
