So I thinking about this and was wondering how I could either petition or make a pact with Luficer and Lucifage Rofocale as well.
What are your recommendations and do you have a way to word it or template to do so?
Your don’t need a template. Search on YouTube pact making. You’ll find the basic idea of making one. Then decide what spirit you are closest to.

I’ve written an article about it to Anthology of Sorcery vol 1. It also depends on whether you want to follow traditional methods or take a modern approach in this work. I’ve found the answers in this thread interesting, but the idea of telling Lucifer that he’s “bound” or “obliged” to do something for you will mostly likely make him laugh you out, so avoid that. Pacts with spirits is a huge subject, and it mostly depends on what spirit you want to approach. Lucifer and Lucifuge are not necessarily worked with in the same way, either. If you don’t even know where to start, I suggest that you read as much as you can on the subject, and if you have any questions then, feel free to contact me.

Hello i need some help please i notice something someone ask of people ask the Lucifer for as a eg, five million dollars and received that sum of money ok now they go to the bank so the money will be as a great idea 120 pounds of money in a large duffel bag thank-you Lucifer walk in bank approach the bank teller knowing in your mind its a gift from Lucifer say to bank teller i want to make a deposit bank teller say how much you want to deposit say five million dollars bank teller say is it in check and customer say cash deposit teller say in return how did you come to get this money what are you going to say Lucifer gave it to me bank teller will look at me stupid teller will call security or police then they will interigate they will put down as a drug sales are you going to say to police Lucifer gave it to me police would think im nutty no have to do better tha that as Lucifer to help me win a mega million Lottery because can win anywhere between one million dollars upto 500,000,000 dollars to avoid police it is not much fun spending time in prison even if ask for 100 tones of gold need a miners permit where did you find that much gold, don’t forget the tax man.
